Bally’s Corporation has unveiled a new initiative for Problem Gambling Awareness Month (PGAM), highlighting its desire to offer gambling safely and responsibly. The campaign aligns with other similar PGAM efforts to promote safer gambling and raise awareness of the responsible gaming tools available to the players.
Bally’s Says Trust Is Earned
Bally’s Corporation’s latest initiative is called Game in Good Hands and is based on three core values: trustworthiness, rewards and responsibility.
According to the operator, Trust is something that isn’t given but earned. As a result, its team reaffirmed its dedication to offering best-in-class customer service, transparent offers, and a seamless user experience.
Bally’s pointed out that its multiple industry awards and overwhelmingly positive customer feedback reflect the trust it has built with its players. Moreover, the operator is a proud member of the American Gaming Association (AGA) and the Responsible Online Gaming Association, both of which exemplify its values and dedication to safer play.
Rewards Are a Core Part of Gaming and So Is Responsibility
The next pillar, Rewards, attests to Bally’s commitment to providing players with plenty of ways to win. The company acknowledges that winning should be a core part of the gaming experience, which is why it offers multiple free-to-play games, pay-to-play options, and land-based member rewards.
The company aims to make it so that everyone has a chance to win exclusive prizes and feel rewarded.
However, Bally’s also acknowledges that gaming could be risky and should be offered Responsibly. Because of that, it strives to create a “safe and supportive environment where players can enjoy themselves responsibly online or in person.” The company is therefore committed to ensuring that players can “game in good hands,” reflecting the initiative’s message.
Bally’s concluded that its products offer various ways to play responsibly, via deposit limits, cool offs and session reminders. Its land-based properties also offer self-exclusion services, allowing players to put a stop to their gambling.
In addition to that, the operator reminded gamblers that they should contact the National Problem Gaming Hotline at 1-800-GAMBLER, should they experience any problems with their gambling.
Bally’s Published Its Q4 Financials
In other Bally’s Corporation-related news, the company recently published its Q4 report, highlighting mixed financials. While revenue was mostly stable, its EBITDA figures were very unimpressive.
To make matters worse, various setbacks caused the company’s stock to take a sudden dip. The share price has since rebounded but the trouble caused the executives to postpone the earnings call.
Elsewhere, Bally’s extended a cash injection proposal to the embattled Australian casino and hospitality operator Star Entertainment Group. The latter company has been experiencing financial trouble for some time but Bally’s proposed an alternative path that may benefit both companies.
